Hello and Happy Sunday!
Another Portuguese Sunday. Click the link above to our IG reel recapping the visit to our partners outside Porto. This was a great trip, we developed some great new product and also learned a lot about how they do things here in Portugal.
Our partners are a small family-owned operation that makes very high-quality socks that you will love. We have been making socks in different capacities and countries for over 15 years, and we can confidently say this is the best all-around manufacturing operation we have ever seen. We can not wait to show you the new styles in January. Stay tuned, and in the meantime make sure you are checking our Instagram page as we are posting recap reels from the trip.
A reminder that we are in the midst of our holiday cyber sale. 40% off site-wide, use the code 40FORME. Have a great week.
Hope you enjoy today’s Clean Up. We would love to hear from you. Comment here on substack hit us on social, or email us at info@arvingoods.com. Have a great week. Cheers,
Harry & Dustin (Team AG) ✌️🧦

Inside Fashion’s Music Merch Opportunity - Business of Fashion
Indrė Narbutaitė and Lukas Žvikas, founders of UK-based streetwear brand Broken Planet, can vividly recall how as students in 2018, they queued for hours before Travis Scott’s Astroworld concert in London to buy T-shirts from the tour — wardrobe grails they treasure to this day.
It was a full-circle moment, then, earlier this year, when the duo was asked to design a merch capsule for hip-hop festival Rolling Loud in Portugal, which featured Travis Scott, among others, as a headliner. The collection comprised of T-shirts and drop-shoulder hoodies featuring colourful graphics relating to three of the festival’s biggest acts: Scott, Playboy Carti and Meek Mill.👕🌟

Stella McCartney, Protein Evolution Launch The World’s First Garment Made Using Biological Recycling - ESG News
Protein Evolution, Inc., a biological recycling company working to decarbonize plastic production, unveiled the world’s first garment produced using their Biopure™ technology at COP28, the United Nations Climate Change Conference. The parka, designed by Protein Evolution investor and brand partner Stella McCartney, is made from rigid packaging waste and industrial textile strappings – formerly used to secure international freight containers – processed by Biopure.
“Today marks a pivotal moment in the move towards textile-to-textile circularity in the fashion industry,” said Connor Lynn, Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Protein Evolution. “Not only is this coat validation for the utility and quality of biorecycled polyester – specifically polyester chips created using Biopure – it also offers companies an alternative to the landfill or incinerator for their fabrics, extending the life of their materials indefinitely.”👩🏼🔬🧪♼
